Families will enjoy a tasty, low-sodium lunch together and hear from experts about why a low sodium diet is important for individuals living with Duchenne. Participants will learn how to season foods using fresh herbs and other ingredients AND each household will be given a free aquaponics growing system with seed starter kit to begin growing herbs and fresh veggies INSIDE this winter!
